Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Questaria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the game.

Eligibility

To use Questaria, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not have been previously banned from the game
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Not share or transfer your account to others

Third-Party Login

If you register using a third-party service (Google, Microsoft, Pi Network), you authorize us to access and use your information from that service in accordance with their terms and our Privacy Policy.

Game Services

Questaria provides the following services and features:

• Hero Creation: Create and customize heroes with unique names, classes, and appearances.
• Combat System: Engage in real-time and idle combat against monsters and bosses.
• Progression: Level up, acquire gear, complete quests, and unlock achievements.
• Marketplace: Buy and sell items with other players using in-game currency.
• Social Features: Add friends, chat, and interact with the community.
• Guilds: Join or create guilds for cooperative gameplay and social activities.

Virtual Currency & Purchases

Virtual Currency

Questaria uses the following virtual currencies:

• Gold: Primary in-game currency earned through gameplay. Used for most purchases and trading.
• Gems: Premium currency that can be purchased with real money or earned through special events.

Real Money Purchases

When purchasing virtual currency or items with real money:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value
• Purchases are non-transferable between accounts
• Purchases may be lost if your account is terminated

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for virtual currency or items. Exceptions may be made for technical errors or as required by applicable law. Contact support for assistance.

User Conduct

You agree to use Questaria responsibly and ethically.

Prohibited Activities

• Using cheats, bots, or automation software
• Operating multiple accounts for unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs or glitches instead of reporting them
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other players
• Using hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
• Impersonating staff or other players
• Spamming, advertising, or soliciting
• Real money trading (RMT) of in-game items or currency
• Selling, buying, or trading accounts
• Reverse engineering or modifying the game client
• Attempting to disrupt game services or infrastructure
• Sharing illegal content or engaging in illegal activities

Intellectual Property

All content in Questaria is owned by or licensed to us:

• Game mechanics, storylines, and world lore
• Graphics, artwork, music, and sound effects
• Software code and technical implementations
• Trademarks, logos, and branding elements

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it in connection with the game.

User-Generated Content

You may create and share content within Questaria, including:

• Hero names and character biographies
• Guild names and descriptions
• Chat messages and communications
• Forum posts and comments

By submitting user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the game.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to Questaria, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the game:

• Scheduled and emergency maintenance
• Game updates and patches
• Feature changes and balance adjustments
• Complete shutdown of the game (with reasonable notice)

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
• Payment chargebacks or disputes
• Extended periods of inactivity

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the game or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of Questaria shall be resolved as follows:

• We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally through our support team.
• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
• You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
• Exceptions: You may bring claims in small claims court if eligible, and either party may seek injunctive relief for IP violations.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@questaria.com.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Questaria.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
